BAN: The Prologue of GUCHA GUCHA is a third-person horror adventure game. Players will experience the "guchagucha" terror through the perspective of Garasu Yuki, a female university student, as she becomes entangled in the cursed fate swirling around the town of Utagamachi in Japan.

This latest title comes from Ichimatsu Suzuka, the creator behind the popular Japanese nostalgic horror games GOHOME and 夜詛YASO curse of soirée, which have collectively garnered over 95 million views on YouTube through gameplay and related videos.

Story

The university student Shoko Yuki is attacked by a strange creature while walking her beloved dog, Chocolat. Though Yuki manages to escape, she loses Chocolat, who vanishes along with something that slithers along the ground.

Determined to find Chocolat, Yuki ventures into Utaga-yama. As night falls and darkness envelops the area, Yuki attempts to search the mountain but is once again attacked by the mysterious creature crawling along the ground.

This marks the beginning of Yuki's encounter with the cruel and horrifying history of the town.

Features of the game

⚫︎ A retro and eerie world brought to life with stunning graphics powered by Unreal Engine 5.

The setting is Utaga-yama, a small town in Japan from an old era. In the first half of the story, players control the protagonist, Shoko Yuki, as she explores Utaga-yama. The dense, overgrown mountains and traditional Japanese mansions evoke a sense of nostalgia, yet a pervasive eerie atmosphere lingers throughout.

⚫︎ A suffocating endless corridor where you frantically flee from the terror that pursues you.

As the story unfolds, the player’s character shifts to a young boy carrying his little sister. Before you, a blood-soaked killer wielding a katana appears and attacks. The mansion is vast, with seemingly endless, identical corridors that can easily disorient you, leaving you unsure of your location. With your sister on the verge of tears in your arms, will you be able to escape safely?

The "BAN: The Prologue of GUCHA GUCHA" Video Submission Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines") are designed for users to submit videos (details are provided below) of the game content "BAN: The Prologue of GUCHA GUCHA" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"). Users may post videos of themselves playing the "Game" by following the Guidelines.

Users are not required to contact us individually when they post videos of their games in accordance with these guidelines.

■Play videos that can be posted
